  • Attention undergraduate, graduate students and residents: we ask you to send the proof of category (declaration, academic transcript or student card) by email to: eventos@abhh.org.br
  • Attendees who do not present the declaration corresponding to the respective category must pay the difference of value at the event venue.
  • The application for cancellation of registration and reimbursement must be submitted to the Executive Secretariat up to 07/20/2018.
  • The refund of amount paid will be made up to 60 days after the event.
  • The request for refund must follow the applicant’s bank details.
  • The document signed and scanned must be sent to renata.fava@abhh.org.br

The organizing committee is not responsible for the loss of the badge provided. The issuance of the second badge will be made only upon payment of R$ 30.00 (Thirty reais).

  • Upon registration, attendees provide an email which will be their login and a password to access the restricted area.
  • Certify yourself that the email provided in the form is corrected since the information regarding the event will be sent to it.
  • The ID is an identification field for attendees. Its filling is mandatory.
  • Payment with Pagseguro provides a fast and convenient online service. You can choose the best form of payment by credit card or bank transfer. The method is safe and effective.
  • Registration will only be effective after confirmation of payment.
  • It is not necessary to send payment voucher (it shall be sent only upon the organizing committee request).
  • Pre-registration will be closed on 07/05/2017 – after this date, registrations will only be accepted in the event, if available
  • Remember: to enjoy the benefits of the Membership, it is necessary that annual membership dues are paid.
  • Undergraduate, graduate students and residents: in order to get the special discount, the student must be enrolled/attending the respective courses and must present the proof of enrollment.
